Diana Sfera brings over 11 years in public relations and brand building expertise in beauty, men’s grooming, wellness, lifestyle and home to Lippe Taylor.
As Creative Director, Diana guides and executes the creative vision and strategy for brands across beauty, lifestyle and healthcare through insight driven, big idea generation.
Prior to re-joining Lippe Taylor where she spent the first five years of her career, Diana served as Senior Vice President at Marina Maher Communications overseeing P&G’s Global and North America fabric care business including Tide, Downy and Gain. Diana spent several years steeped in P&G hair care developing award-winning campaigns for Head & Shoulders. She also served as team lead for skincare brands like Henkel’s Dial and home brand, Stainmaster carpet.
During her earlier tenure at Lippe Taylor, Diana played a leadership role across consumer beauty brands including P&G’s Aussie hair care, Reckitt Benckiser’s Veet and Clearasil and Sally Beauty. Honing her creative skills early on in her career, she specialized in event planning and execution on behalf of the entire agency.
Diana graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from Boston University.
